This disgusting lump of turkey skin was actually requested as a side dish by my co-worker. Seriously, it's like a damn turkumcision (thanks @billtill).

Was a Trader Joe’s extravaganza (unfortunately TJ's doesn't list it's products individually on their site):
- TJ’s herbed pizza dough
- TJ’s pizza sauce
- TJ’s pesto
- TJ’s braided marinated mozzarella
- TJ’s fresh ricotta
- baby portabella mushrooms from TJ’s (sliced)
Oh, and don't forget to use your pizza stone!

Some nice bring-to-work/school lunch options here. I'd like to try some, but today I'll go with some Chicken sausage with broccoli, garlic and white wine tossed with penne pasta for just $5.50.
